Tiddies are always fun to draw
Quickposes is a good site to use. You can either time yourself to challenge and improve. Or just find an image and sketch it in your own time. -
I've used quick poses before (or atleast something similar) it's hella helpful
Do you know any good places for learning about perspective and designing rooms/backgrounds? -
I found a couple sites like quick poses but kinda prefer that one more when I can't use any 3d models.
I wish I did :') for that I usually watch videos or look at images for examples. -
This might help for perspective. Clip studio has very good stuff.
Backgrounds I either stick with speedpaints or look at photos when I can't think of anything, or figure out how to do something -

If and/or when you get into digital if you haven't already, got for clip studio paint ex. Less expensive than Photoshop. Only payment you make is to buy it then it's all yours. Lots of free things in the store to download. And 3d models, props, some backgrounds. A lot that can help a bunch -
I'm already into digital art, but I use medibang because it's free and I'm not able to pay for drawing apps at the moment

That's good then. When your able to buy programs, CSP ex is a good program. You can get that version on ebay for much less than they have it on their site.
Pain Tool Sai is very good too. There are copies that others give out. Like artist A on dA has her copy of Sai available to download for anyone who wants it -

(I drew this all in the span of two days because I got obssessed with drawing her for some reason) another character, Kip, is also there in the last one
I'm a lot faster at drawing digitally now that I'm used to it 👍👏 -
