But, I'm an unknown artist, and online websites, I barely get noticed alot except for We Heart It. How am I gonna get commissioners.

Yeah I know the feeling (I don't market myself nor post as often as I should ugh)
I'mma just post more regularly on tumblr and deviantart (basically draw more fanart cause that's how you get followers), get a bigger following and presto start advertising your commissions.
