YEAHHH I finally made one of these
So our model eye will be Tetsuo's okay.
Also if you're curious about Paint Tool Sai or would want it, you can get the download here. I personally love using PTS.
First! I make a lineart. I usually make linearts in black and using the brush tool on Paint tool sai. The lineart will later be altered since it's not perfect.
I add a base colour for the eye, in this case brown. Make sure that you make a new layer underneath the lineart for this.
I've also added the gray colour in the whites of the eyes. For this you make a new layer underneath the layer in which you have your eye colour.
Next I LOCK/Perserve opacity of the layer where I have my base eye colour. I take a very dark brown, almost black, and using the airbrush tool (at about 30% density) I create a gradient. Feel free to use black, but take note that black wouldn't look as nice on lighter colours.
Using the same airbrush and black, I make a pupil. You can sharpen the edges with a brush if you think it looks better!
For the last step in which I used the same layer, I take a shade of brown darker than the base colour and make lines around the pupil.
Then, I make a new layer and place it above the eye colour layer. I check off "clipping group" and set the layer's mode to luminosity. Using the base colour and the pen tool (Density at about 50) I just kinda dab at the same spot a few times.
I use the same colour and I make lines again, like how I did in the fifth step.
Then I go back to the lineart layer and make the two white dots. You know, shinies.
Last step is me just adjusting it a bit so it's more presentable and stuff hahaa.
And there you go, if anything is confusing just ask me. uwu;; -
:O Amazing! So trying it later! But mine will most likely be an evil eye
