I'm not sure if this is in the right spot, but I made up stuff in my head, I am wondering if I could make a series and stick to it and not abandon it, I will tell more about it if someone comments and wants me to, ... I am serious about this, I might even do a soap opera or something, I hope others comment, XD

for an anime you need a team of artists, animators, writers, proof-readers, and some other things I don't remember

well, I dont know what to name him, but he has short messy or spikey hair, and unusual purple eyes, he was born with special powers, ( half transforming and transforming into a wolf, I will explain later ) and he has a mentor or something, ( I will explain later, again ) and its like, they train together or something, well, when he was young, they both met, ( please help me name them!!! I'm sorry if this is so confusing, I have it in my head but I cant type it out right! :( ) -

well, it is hard for him to half transform, and even harder to fully transform into his wolf form, when he half transforms, he grows wings, wolf ears, and some weird markings appear on him, white rings appear on his legs, and they also appear on his arms, and a blade like thing sticking out on both of his wrists ( I will say more soon ) -

what's the plot? an anime isn't the characters, it's the storyline and plot. -
at least I kind of made up the plot, I will name the special guy wolf for now, and I will name his mentor fang, I might change that or might not
well, I'm not sure how wolf ended up alone, but he did, and then he somehow met fang, who was actually searching for wolf, and fang tells wolf that he isn't like the others, ( that was when wolf was really young ) and fang teaches wolf how to half transform and fully transform, and to fly, ( because when he half or fully transforms, he grows wings! ) and then he slowly grows older, and fang disappears for some odd reason, and when he tries to find fang, he meets someone else, well, a beautiful girl, who isn't normal either, ( I will say more soon ) -

Since it's you, you need to learn to take harsh criticism and not give up :P that's how people get really good at things
well first I want someone to explain what the hell the cartoon wolves are from ._.'
second of all, the whole wolf with wings thing is familiar and it seems like it's from another series (LIKE WHERE ALL THE BLOODY WOLF CARTOONS ARE FROM DX)
So the person who originally started this stuff can SUE YOU if you decide to do something with it
wolves are over used to the point there's a name for people obsessed with wolves (wolfaboo-- not a good name to be pegged with)
as for your plotline, it's cliche and generic--over used.
The way you put it together is nice, but the thing is: you need work. If you want to do something serious, try to find some new ideas to work with and you can't keep reusing old plotlines that's been overdone. Get a second opinion, find people who'll work with you and brainstorm with them.
This doesn't mean you're bad at this dragon, this means you're off to an okay start
