Well, when two guys love each other very much, they have this thing called sex. One will stick his fire hose through the other one's door and spray the inside of the burning house with something that is called semen. A sperm will going up into your magical ovary and fertilize the egg, creating the moment of conception when a baby is born. After 9 months of carrying it and allowing it to grow, you will have to give birth, which will hurt like hell. But soon after you will have a sweet bundle of joy. :3

So when a boy and girl love each other very much, the boy puts his firehose into the woman's special cave, the one men don't have. So he sprays the woman's burning tunnel with his semen, which combines with a woman's ovary egg thing. .3. So then it grows into a fetus. After nine months the women pushes the baby out from her special tunnel, which is a lot less painful for her compared to what men have to do. :D
So yeah. basically about the same.
