So, there isn't an actual character design for him, if she had been thinking about making a Mexi. :P (But a lot of people think he's going to have glasses..) (And you watch, the only thing I will be able to get correct is the darker skin, the gloomy formal wear, and the black hair, you watch. xD) But Brain told me that apparently she and I have the same idea. He gets along with everyone and he actually tends to like everyone, but he's still freakishly creepy. xD What I found strange, though, is that America is supposedly to hold a grudge against him because of the whole Alamo stealing thing, though Alamo isn't even that much of a part of Mexico. ._. And apparently that's all he knew LOL. So I'm gonna miss my OC because he's probably going to turn into a real character with a different name and look. xD
