Looks:
The one next to France. XD I have no better drawn pic of him so suck it up. XD
Allies of War: None. Mexico is actually a country that doesn't like to engage in wars. Mexico helps out many, many countries with economy business. :P Well, at least they used to. I dunno about now.
Unites States, Canada or Spain are their main allies of economy.
Enemies of War: Like said, none. Unless you kinda count USA for 'claiming the attacking of immigrants blah blah blah' but otherwise, Mexico is pretty much an economic ally to all and once more said, doesn't engage in war unless absolutely necessary (e.i: Germany bombing the oil thing in WWII, France invading, Spain trying to 'take away independence', etc.). :P YES, THIS IS SERIOUS WORLD HISTORY.
Responsibility crap: Very, actually. They loaned 40 billion dollars from America, and paid it back in five years, with a good interest. .__. Mexico, I am proudly one of your kind. XD
Personality: Kind and trustworthy, but very violent and belligerent at points. (I've seen a lot of me fellow peoplez like that. XD)
'Family': Like countries in APH he's orphaned or the parents aren't mentioned because.. Well they're countries. :P Spain cared for him, which gives off the fatherly thing, then it was like the American Revolution all over again when Mexico rebelled.
The 'Vargas' last name, which goes to the Italies XD, well read languages for what I was thinking. e_e
Languages: Spanish of course. XD
Italian is actually very related to Spanish in a way. ._. So it's almost cousin like--- *SHOT SHOT SHOT*
Height (of course~): Short. Mexicans are mixes of Aztecs, Mayas, Inca indians, ect., and Spaniards, so they he's relatively short. Veggie short--- *SHOT*

Age: Eh, twenties like most countries. Probably younger, seeing that he became completely independent in 1910, when the war against France was won.
He's only 101 years, suck it up. XD
