It's funny how they've paired these two up, Vegeta and Bulma. It's a rather randomly-made pairing, not really 'true love'. Vegeta clearly stated that Bulma annoys the hell out of him, and therefore, I don't see how Akira believed that he could just then pair them up together.
Backround on Bulma: She has been 'in love' with Goku, Yamcha, Frieza, Zarbon, Gohan, Trunks (WTF he's her son) and a few others, which I really can't remember. In simple sense, she's a whore. She allows her daughter to walk around in skimpy clothing, hooking up randomly with random boys, and therefore, she is also an irresponsible mother.
Backround on Vegeta: He has loved no one. He has absolutely no trust in anyone (take expection of Goku..) I actually see him more as a bachelor than with Goku, or Bulma, or 18. He was meant to be a solitary character, and how he suddenly falls for Bulma just disgusts me. It's canon, but come on, have some sense.
It was ONE scene. ONE scene. Even in that one, teeny little scene, Vegeta told Bulma to get the hell away from him. That's the ONLY scene that has even MINOR traces of B/V in DBZ.
I don't know if Akira was drunk, but I think he was. Seriously, these two? Bulma actually makes a better couple with Yamcha, because she would cling and cry to him, and Yamcha would comfort her. NEVER does she do that with Vegeta.
Think of it this way: A liar trying to get forgiveness from a stone. It's just.. Utter rubbish. That's what i think of the pairing. It's random, it's stupid, I don't get it.
So, yeah, I support solo Vegeta more than KakaVege, because it's just how I imagine him. VegeBriefs, I have no idea how that happened, but I KNOW it's stupid. -

I respect your opinion, I just side with the mangaka because its his characters and he can do what he wants with them.

Ja. I agree with you Ting.
But I still think it was weird. :P
