  Backstory on this:
  
  Piccolo, at the end of GT (which was pretty damn pointless), told Goku that he was staying behind in hell (long story, no explaun) to control the spirits down there so they don't go wild. Of course, dumb--- he is, Goku offered to help. Every year, he and Vegeta-sama go down there to help control and kill the ruthless vermin. Sometimes it's easy.. In this case, this year it's tougher.
  
  Vegeta's turn this year. He's gonna have to leave out of here for a while, si. *nodd*
