  Er, Vegeta shows up at pretty much the end of season one, you see a lot of.. um.. solitude dancing in season.. three I believe? Season four (? lol I dun remember) is a catastrophe to all the people at the DMV that day. xD ... Wait wtf I'm telling you the wrong info. xD Basically, the whole show is about men fighting over balls. And about friendship and brotherness and how you have to believe in yourself and push yourself among the limits. But mostly about men fighting over balls.
