So first off, I'm going to write it as if it was a story T_T so then it'd be easier to turn this into a manga comic (cause it's awesome)
I was part of an Alien task force that looked over different dimensions so everything should stay in its status quo.
The other day my partner called me over, he'd noticed a rift in two of the human dimensions and some of the inhabitants of the first dimension, which we decided to name "One Piece" because it was stuck in the pirate era in which people searched for a legendary treasure called "One Piece", and they had strange powers too! The second one, we didn't bother naming, for it was rather..bland, consisting of normal human life forms living day to day life. My partner and I was sent to the director's office, whereas he ordered me to be fitted with an artificial, "human heart" because I was to be sent undercover. "Now why me? Why can't he do it?" I Complained, "Because you actually LOOK like a human compared to us, you are of a similar breed, remember?" the doctor said, annoyed, I agreed, "But why would I need a human heart? You know I have the capabilities to infiltrate such environments." I said, sticking my tongue out at him. "Oh relax, every agent sent to the human dimensions had to have one of these done, it's not that easy to fake having a heart." he explained, "Fine." I huffed, "Good, now stand still." The doctor told me, "Wait what--" I gasped, the doctor plunged a needle into my chest so quickly I did not have time to react. "Now for the side effects aren't much, you'll have slightly reduced fight abilities and will experience more human emotions than you already do." he said as he retracted the needle,

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT SOONER?" I yelled, grasping my chest and breathing heavily, "Because we knew you would never agree to it if we told you." My partner told me, "Yeah I suppose you're right.", I muttered angrily. I was to act like a human teenager they told me, except I wasn't so sure what that was, in earth years I was 17 is what they told me. Which I didn't know what it mean't either. I asked the director why I was going undercover for a rift, he said a certain pirate crew was sucked into the dimension, one of them had no memory of his true home, and was attending a high school. The director had shown me their 'Wanted' posters and my objective. "The others seem to still retain their memories." My partner said, "I'll go after them, you focus on their memoryless captain." he said, I nodded and repeated the man's name in my head, Monkey D. Luffy.

After being sent down, my primary objective was to locate him, become aquaintences and bring him back to his dimension without blowing my cover. I was registered as a student. The principal lead me to my homeroom, there was something off about her. "Mrs. Gladsby, this is Ting-Ting, she's a transfer student from Europe." she introduced, I peered over to the rest of the class, there were people whispering, and a boy with glasses was waving at me. Then sitting close to the front in the side, ther he was, Monkey D. Luffy. It wasn't hard to locate him since we shared the same homeroom. I figured I wouldn't approach him just yet. I took a seat close to the back, I had a clear view of the target and the rest was going to be easy sailing. Heh, get it? Easy sailing? You know with pirates and what not--I'm just going to shut up now.

"Welcome to my homeroom! Call me Gladdis, I will be your guidance and teacher, if you have any questions, please ask me." The woman said, "Tch, right." a boy scoffed, I looked over and it was Luffy who said it. Of course, all I could see was the backside. "Oh, well tell us about yourself, Ting-Ting. What part of Europe are you from?" the teacher-lady continued on, I stopped slouching and sat up straighter, "I-um," I stuttered, trying to remember what part of Europe they told me I was from, "R-Russia. I'm from Russia, and I am skilled in the martial arts. Call me Ting." I said, the teacher smiled brightly and looked at me with her creepy little beady eyes. I seemed to have sparked a bit of inerest in my peers. The bell had rung. I was to go to my first class, Physical education..

We were to play 'Basketball' in Physical Education apparently, which I had no idea what was about, I guess you were suppose to shoot the ball into the basket. I stood in front of a net, clutching a basketball, I stared at it. "Something wrong?" this boy asked, he was somewhat muscular, and was taller than me. "Uh, they don't have this 'basketball' game where I'm from." I admitted, he chuckled while snatching my ball and shot it into the basket easily, "Like that." he said. I lifted my eyebrow at him, this dimension is a strange, strange place. And humans are strange life forms. A Perfect fit. "Why don't you try it?" He said while catching the ball as it rebounded, he passed the ball to me and I looked up and pretty much just randomly threw it. It bounced off the net and I cought it. "Well not everyone's going to get it the first time. Least you tried." He said, patting me on the shoulder and walking away.

I watched as he strode away in his cocky posture, then I went back to attempting 'basketball' again. Then, commotion struck, I looked over to what all the fuss is about, it looked like a fight broke out, and some of the bigger guys were picking on someone, I looked carefully and I saw who they were picking on, Luffy.. I walked over, but slowed my pace as I remembered what the doctor told me.
"Don't get in too much trouble, this injection will start the growth of your heart, once it has finished growing, your strength will start to diminish to human standards."
Well that definately sucks. The doctor did say it would take a few hours for the heart to grow, and I had gotten the injection 50 minutes ago, I should be fine for now. "Excuse me." I interferred, "What is the meaning of this?" I asked firmly, one of the guys turned around to find out who it was and noticed me, "Who the hell do you think you are?" I continued. they started to laugh, "Listen girl, we have nothing against you, so why don't you just run along and--" as he placed his hand on my shoulder, I lost it, I don't know why but I did, I grabbed his am and twisted it, flipping him over me and shooting him the the wall. I guess my heart hasn't started to grow yet. From thereon I provoked a fight, this Luffy character was quite strong, as he took down the other half whilst I took the other. Everyone else ran off. The bell rang for the class had ended, I walked out of the Gymnasium with Luffy, "Thanks for sticking up for me, but I didn't need the help." He said, "I'm sure you didn't from what I've seen." I said, "I'm Luffy." He said, "I'm Ting. Aren't you in my homeroom?" "Yeah I think so." He said. smiling, then he went off in a different hallway, waving at me. For some reason, there was a strange, loud pounding in my chest, I think that was..my heart. Damn.

In the mess of the student body hustling through the hallways to get to their destination, I was able to sneak out of the school unnoticed. "What's up?" the crackly voice faded in as the small hollogram appeared from my watch, "Progress?" I asked my partner, whom was the one I was communicating with on the hollogram. "Well I found Roronoa Zoro in a dojo..." "Anything else?" I asked, "Chopper was in a medical building, and I haven't found Nami or anyone else yet, did you find Luffy?" my partner asked, "...Well yeah and.." "And what?" "I thought it was supposed to take a few hours for the injection to come into affect.." "..and?" "it started beating." My partner was silent on the other end for a while, "Something must have emotionally impacted you for it to start that quickly then." He replied, shutting off the hollogram. I leaned against the school wall and stared into the sky for a second, What the hell did that mean?

"That wasn't so bad.." I mumbled to myself, walking down the front steps. "Hey!" Came a familiar voice, that got louder each step, "Oh, hi." I replied once I realized it was Luffy, "I have a question for you.." He said, "What?" I asked, "Why do you keep staring at me?" he asked, for some reason, my heartbeat pounded faster, "You fascinate me." I answered, well that's technically what I thought anyways. Then he started laughing, "Me? Fascinating? HA." He said, still laughing, "Well you're strangely amusing yourself." he replied, leaving. Well great. He thinks I'm amusing. I said, walking down the street, my cheeks were warm.
