Thread Topic: Today I'm going to tell you about the No. 6 fandom.

There are two sides of the fandom.
There is this (which is the majority of the fandom):
And then there is this:
But mostly it's the painfully emotional and feels-murdering side that you will see. -
Another thing about this anime.
It redefined fictional romantic relationships for me, gay or not. I can't stand watching cheap, pandering love stories where the main goal is to screw like rabbits. The romance in this anime is so well done, Hollywood especially needs to sit down and take some notes. Their love is not rushed, it's something that grows with their time together and becomes something meaningful. They have their own points of view and personalities, that develop as time goes on. The female characters are not demonized and are instead treated like bloody individuals. Last but not least, Atsuko Asano does not follow the dreaded seme/uke dynamic. It's an okay joke, but seriously, this whole "there needs to be one dominant character and one submissive character" thing needs to stop.
Basically, it breaks all stereotypes and actually has a well-written plotline. -
Okay seriously I have to go now byebye. -
I need to watch this. :I
-
Okay so um I found my favorite fanart of them ever.
-
Atsuko Asano wrote this as a novel first. I wonder if I could ever land myself a copy. ;o;
Then there's the pesky detail of figuring out how to read it. -
So today I was working outside with my parents, and I looked toward the house and saw a mouse scurry away. I couldn't bring myself to tell my mom I saw it because it reminded me of these guys and I didn't want it to die. ;-;

This anime is simultaneously the best and worst thing ugh.
-
ughhh -
If I go and I watch this anime again I have the feeling I'm going to regret it and enjoy at the same time.
-
Be the Nezumi to my Shion.
-
I'm so done with this fandom sometimes the things they do are questionable.
-
goodbye everyone i'll remember you all in therapy -
How many episodes is No.6?
-
Eleven. I managed to watch it all in one day a while back.
I'm probably being over-dramatic in some ways, since there's more heart breaking things out there I'm sure, but eh it does get feelsy. It's a good story though, in my opinion.
