Even if it's not breathing, bby. c:<
Antonio chuckled nervously, giving Lovino an apologetic look as he followed his grandfather into the living room. He didn't have a good feeling about this, but he knew that those feelings shouldn't interfere. -
Especially if it's not breathing. xD
Lovino sighed, sitting down with him. The grandfather sat in the chair next to the couch. "So, Antonio. How did you two meet?" He asked curiously, causing the Italian to blush darkly. "Grandpa, this really isn't impor-" "I can't ask a simple question?" The Roman said as if he was hurt. -
He kept chuckling, unsure of how to really respond to that. But he decided that honestly was the best way. "Vale, I met him by complete accident when he was having some difficulties." He didn't want to get too deep into the subject, but also didn't want to answer so shallowly that the grandfather would think that he was leaving something out.
-
"Difficulties? When were you having difficulties, Lovino?" The grandpa seemed oblivious as to why that'd happen. "It was nothing. Like he said it was a chance meeting and he a-cheered me up." Lovino wasn't in a mood to talk about it, and stood up. "Grandpa, I'll be back soon. I'm going to go hang out at his place again." The grandfather stood up as well, nodding. "Well okay. Then have fun you two, but not too much. Nice a-meeting you, Antonio!" Lovino walked out, opening the front door and waiting for the Spaniard.
-
"Same to you. Adios, senor Roma~" he said, stepping out with Italian. Once he was out, he let out a sigh of relief. Antonio then quickly covered his mouth, thinking that he might sound rude.
-
Lovino took his hand again when they were out of sight, closing the front door. "That b------, tries to act like he cares whenever company's over." He shook his head, turning back to Antonio. "Lo siento. I thought he wasn't home."
-
"No, it's okay. I'm sorry. I should have stayed outside," Antonio said reassuringly. He held the Italian's hand tightly.
-
"It's fine. It's not your fault." His cheeks pinkened slightly, lacing his fingers with the Spaniard's.
-
"Bueno," the Spaniard sighed lightly, feeling content at how Lovino held his hand. He reached downward and gave the top of the Italian's head a quick kiss.
-
Lovino was slightly surprised at the kiss, but took it calmly, rest his head against the Spaniard's shoulder. It's moments like these....where I couldn't be happier.
-
"Eres tan lindo," Antonio said happily, with a smile to match his voice.
-
"No soy." He chuckled softly, feeling a bit playful.
-
"Que 'no soy' ni que nada," Antonio laughed, ruffling the Italian's hair with his free hand. "Que si."
-
Lovino chuckled as his hair was ruffled, that is until something was mistakenly grazed, which caused him to stiffen. "Cazzo!" He groaned, blushing and looking away embarrassedly.
-
"What happened..?" Antonio asked worriedly. "Did I do something bad? Lo siento...!"
