Our "When Will I Die" Quiz?

  1. "Happy five hundred and third birthday!!" A crowd of people roared through your living room, and it's a pretty big room! You smiled and walked in to greet and thank everyone, when you see your sister Marianne. She smiled and ran to you with arms wide open, "Hiii!!! Happy birthday, _____!! Did you like your surprise?!" It was like her eyes pleaded for a 'Yes', "Of course! Just like the previous five hundred and two years, I never saw it coming!" You widened your eyes, shook your head and attempted to hide a smile. She flipped her long blonde hair over her shoulder and shrugged, "I guess you won't be seeing~~" She ended her sentence with a mumble and turned away from you. You questioned, "Won't be seeing what, Marianne?" She turned her head, smiled and fanned something below her eyes... Two tickets.. To New York. "NO WAY!!!!!" A huge smiled spread across your face and you reached for the tickets, Marianne looked excited for you, you were so happy about this! Back in the days, New York was known as York Town. Yes, waaaaayyy back then. You had to leave after ten years so no one would wander why you weren't aging, but everyone was dead from those times and you could finally return home. "Oh my, Marianne! You've given me the greatest surprise once again! Thank you so much!" She hugged you, "It was my pleasure, _____. I even found us a place to stay, so we don't have to bring our furniture or anything really!" She winked, you knew what she meant. Since the late 1500's you two have been using your looks and intelligence on really anybody to get what you want. "Already! When do we leave our Panhandle?" You scanned the tickets and she points to a date, "The flight leaves in two days." She laughed. "Yay! Marianne, I wander if the people are still the same.. I hear they've become rude.." She shrugged and replied "I've heard that too, but they best recognize when we get there!.. Or much rather not." She nudged you and you both laughed.
  2. After your birthday party, Marianne and a few others started to clean up. They scattered around the yard with trash bags, picking up plastic cups and alcohol bottles along with the occasional blood bag. You walked out of your room onto the balcony and looked around on the grass just to think. 'I'm getting older and older by the minute. Alive for centuries and I haven't made a change in the world.. Oh well, when I get to New York, I'll find something to change.' You nodded to yourself and waved down at the boys down below, "Good night gentlemen, thank you for coming over!" They looked up and waved, "Thank you for having us, ma'am! Sleep well!" And with that, you walked inside and went to bed.
  3. 'Ugh, I don't want to wake up yet.' Just a thought you have every morning. More like afternoon, it was 3pm. You sniffed the air 'Wait a minute...' "PANCAKES!!" You shouted and hopped out of bed, and rushed to the dining room. You entered the room to find you were alone with a table full of breakfast meals and a note left in the center of it all, that read: Eat up! I've gone to handle some business, we leave first thing tomorrow, say goodbye to some friends for me?
  4. You ate most of the food, and walked out the door with a hand full of bacon. 'Okay, where to first?.. Um... Oh! Jordan!' Jordan was yours and Marianne's best friend. Only, you haven't seen him in almost a year so you wouldn't know where he lived. He was only 237 years old and more of a little brother. 'Last I saw him, he was at Williamson High School.. Trying to live a human life.' You thought to yourself and walked in the direction of the school.
  5. As you arrived, you noticed students piling out the front doors, it was the end of the day. You leaned against a tree and scanned every passerby so you wouldn't miss him. Finally, in the distance, you find two boys barely exiting the building. 'Ah-hah!' You basically skipped to him and when you made eye contact you ran and jumped in his arms, "Hey little brother, I've missed ya!" He hugged you and laughed, "Yeah, I've missed y'all too! How've you two been?" His friend gave him a little punch on the arm and walked away. 'Rude.' He didn't even introduce himself! 'Eh, I'll get 'em later if I have time.' You and Jordan continued on down the road to his house. "So guess what." You didn't really give him a chance to ask what, "Marianne and I are visiting New York tomorrow for who knows how long! I'm so excited!" You gave a little hop, he laughed "I'm happy for you girls! I'll miss you! But hey, you two should sleep over at my house for tonight, pleeeeeaaaase???" You gave a side smile, "I'll have to see if Marianne wants to, but I'm sure she will, so don't sweat it." He gave you a huge hug, "Awesome!" It seemed as if you guys had reached his house, "Well, I've gotta go, I may be back later with Marianne. Love ya." You hugged each other and you stood there at the front of his lawn and waited until he entered his house. Once he closed the door, you took a deep breath and dashed towards the smell of the kid who was with Jordan earlier. It was a specific smell because it was a new cologne that had a very strong fragrance, so it wasn't hard to miss. Now, it seemed like you were right on the smell, so you stopped and looked to your right, across the street. He was exiting a yard of a rich house and behind him, a gate closed. He didn't seem to notice you though. You dashed down the street and turned to face him. Then casually started walking in his direction. He was looking down until he heard your foot steps, but when he looked up at you, he said nothing. You stopped in front of him.
  6. "Hi. I'm _____." When he looked up at you, he looked dazed, "I'm Louie.." He gave a faint but meaningful smile. You smiled back at him and reached your hand out for a little shake, "Well its nice to meet you, Louie." He shook your hand and you continued, "I just wanted to properly meet you considering you walked away before I could introduce myself. That was very rude by the way." He raised his eyebrows and apologized quickly, "I am so sorry! Like, really sorry!" You wanted to laugh at this but hid it away, "Its fine, I believe in second chances so I'm gonna let you go this time." The mood turned into a more serious one and he furrowed his brows, "What would you have done after that second chance..?" You stopped smiling and looked him dead in the eyes, "You don't want to know. Now, stop talking before I change my mind." You attempted to turn and walk away, but he grabbed your arm tightly. Astonished, you looked down at his hand and without moving your head you looked up and met his eyes, "One chance. Unhand me." His response was so childish! It was like he begged to be dead, "Make me." He squeezed tighter. You grabbed below his wrist, "Second chance." You twisted his arm in an awful way and kneeled to the floor screaming in pain, but you placed your hand over his mouth. With your hand over his mouth and your arm around his neck, you dashed into a nearby alley and whispered "Since you wanted to know so badly." and without removing your hand from his mouth, you lowered your lips to his neck and bit.
  7. "Marianne? Are you home yet?" You walked into your home and closed the door behind you. A muffled voice was heard from somewhere upstairs, "I'm in my room!" You marched up the stairs and when you walked into her room, you plopped on her bed, "Jordan wants us to stay the night. Whataya think?" Marianne combed her long hair into a bun and contrasted her bright blue eyes with a bit of mascara, "Um.. Sure I guess. We have to wake up at six in the morning though, so, we cant stay up long." Agreed. You wanted to be fresh in the morning anyways. You stood up and walked over to Marianne, "Are you taking anything with you?" She shrugged, "Whatever can fit in my purse, make up, beef jerky, ya know, the essentials." She smiled and you laughed, "Definitely some beef jerky! Aw, but I'm not taking anything, not even clothes... Imma go shopping there!" She made a surprised face and nodded, "Yes! I can't believe I didn't even think about it! Anyways, how many friends did you say bye to?" 'I guess the missing persons report hasn't aired yet.' You shrugged, "Eh, just Jordan. I met one of his friends too, but that's all." She made a kissy face, "Ooo, was he hot?" You rolled your eyes, "Kinda. He was about 5'8, light skinned, light brown hair and blue eyes." She made a face as if she was thinking about it, "Hey, that sounds like... Nevermind. Um.. Kinda I guess. Lets go to Jordan's already?" You both stood up and whilst on the subject about how the day was spent, you decided to ask about her note, "So on that note you left me, you said you had some business to take care of or something.. What was it?" You both walked out of the house and Marianne kept quiet for a few seconds until you asked again, "Hello?" she just shook her head, "Nothing really, just saying goodbye to some people." You started driving to Jordan's house cause only you knew where he lived, "Marianne, is it those prostitute friends of yours?" She stayed quiet so you assumed that's a yes. You just didn't like them, they were mean and snotty and whenever you tried to hang with them, they would try to steal your money or their pimp would try to sell you.
  8. You stepped up to Jordan's door and both started knocking hysterically, trying to scare him. Only, you guys didn't notice him sneak out from the backyard and pop behind you, "BOO!" "AAAHHH!!" You both shouted and Jordan was dying of laughter. "Oh my gosh, Jordan!" Marianne breathed a breath of relief and hugged him, you were smiling and took the keys from Jordan's pocket to unlock the door. But before you twisted the knob, Jordan grabbed your hand and lowered his voice so only you and your sister could hear, "I kinda forgot that I invited a friend over tonight.. Its okay if you guys wanna leave." You and Marianne looked at each other and she shrugged, "Neh, its okay!" And she budged the door open. As the door swang all the way, you immediately made eye contact with someone you knew. Louie. 'Oh s---.' You just stared at him as the other two walked inside, Jordan kinda had to pull you in, he and Marianne were already deep in a conversation so they didn't recognize your unsteadiness. Marianne introduced herself to Louie and he did as well. Then, he turned to you. You had to ignore your emotions for now, "Hello, my name is _____." you held out your hand. He grabbed it and whispered, "I knew you'd say that." Then he kissed it. You starred him in the eyes and slowly pulled your hand away. Jordan led you all to a huge room with a wall that was taken up by a huge flat screen, a floor with no furniture covered in sleeping bags, pillows, blankets and a coffee table with three boxes of pizza on it. It was like everyone had their own awes, Marianne went to the flat screen, Louie plopped himself onto all the pillows on the floor and you went to the pizza. Marianne ran her fingertips over the wall, "Wow, this is so cool, little bro!" Louie moaned, "And these pillows are so comfortable, I've had a tough day today." and when you heard that, you rolled your eyes to yourself. "Alright so what movie do y'all wanna watch?" Jordan fanned out five. "Definitely a scary movie!" Marianne pointed to Friday The 13th and Louie added, "Sure, but what scary movie could frighten a vampire." It was a statement.
  9. You all huddled around a box of pizza in a dark room with a horror movie on and all in some weird position that has to do with laying down. In order, it was Louie, you, Jordan and Marianne. You had tried to not lay by Louie, but you couldn't be rude... considering you thought you killed him. You were deep into the movie, so when a jump scare came up, you jumped into Louie's arms on accident. He gave a little laugh, "So now you're crawling to me, aye?" You immediately scooted out of his arms and whispered, "I thought I drained you. And besides, I did it out of respect that you lacked. Forgive me?" You said it all without making eye contact, he was still weird. He put his right arm around your waist, "I'll forgive you if you say you remember me." You raised an eyebrow and looked at him, confused, "Remember you from when? I only met you today.." He shook his head a little, "The Civil War.. All this time I ignored you because I thought you thought I was dead." You took a moment to remember, "Oh my gosh.." You were in love with him. You were still in shock to even cry. "Louie, I am so sorry, i... I'm sorry..." He hugged you and stroked your forearm, "Its alright, _____, its alright." Almost in tears, you fell asleep in his arms.
  10. Gun shots were heard nearby as you arrived. All the screams. You held onto your corset and dress and struggled to run to Marianne who was at the operating tables. You were crying, "Louie! Louie!! Please be okay!" As you arrived to his table, Marianne struggled to pull you away, "_____, Let him go. If he sees you, he'd want to hold on longer and he will be in pain." She was so calm through it all. You still cried and tried to pull away from her but her grip was strong, "Marianne, please! I need to see him! I could save him!" Then, he must've heard you, he started mumbling.. It was a bloody mumble though. You could hear him choking on blood and there was a lot of it, you could smell it. He tried calling your name but each time he was interrupted by a gurgle. Marianne grabbed your face and pulled it near hers, "_____, the oath. We can never love a human, or we can hurt, as you are now. Never mind him." It was clear she wasn't going to let you see him. 'Pretend.' You thought and nodded, "I'll forget him, but let me be for a minute." You turned and ran away in hopes she would follow. She did. So now you had to lose her in the trees and crowds of people. In the crowds of soldiers. Once that happened, you U-turned and dashed back to his table. Oh the scene. You ran to him but did not touch him, you feared you would hurt him. So you hovered your hands over his face, "Oh Louie.." He lifted his right arm to stroke your cheek, "_____, I love you much. But it is my time, my love. Don't cry." He wiped away your tears. He was talking slowly and softly. You shook your head and grabbed his hand, "No do not say that. It is not yet your time! You are meant to grow old, Louie, you will survive these wounds, I swear to you." More tears fell from your face onto his bloody and torn army jacket. His arm slowly fell to his side again and he whispered, "I love you, _____." His eyes fluttered and you bent down to kiss him, "I will never let you go." as soon as you said that, his eyes shut. "Oh no." Immediately, you lowered your mouth to his neck and bit him, all while still crying. You were turning him into a vampire. After you bit him, he still didn't move. "No.. Louie." Nothing was happening. 'I was too late... he's dead.' You kissed his forehead and dashed out of there in fear Marianne would return.
