  1. Hi there! Let me explain two things before this gets going. First, this is a Choose Your Path story quiz. Depending on which of the four main characters you like (excluding Stocke), you'll choose the story quiz to follow their story instead. ^^ Second, I DO NOT OWN RADIANT HISTORIA. This is based off of a video game. None of the characters are mine. Other than that, have fun reading!
  2. It was a sunny day in Alistel. Stocke had finally returned from one of the nastier and boring jobs- Bringing down a group of Granorg soldiers. Both sides hated each other for no apparent reason other than the problem of slowly dying resources due to the desertification.
  3. Stocke sat on the ground in Heiss's office, his blonde hair sticking to his face. Heiss was slightly alarmed- his best soldier had never before been so lazy as to sit on the floor- but he disregarded it. The young warrior had been working his butt off to no prevail. Heiss knew that he had been pressuring the poor teen to do so many things he couldn't.
  4. "I have a new mission for you today, Stocke. You have to relax with your friends," Heiss said as he sat in his chair. "And by friends, I mean your team; Raynie, Marco, Rosch, and Kiel." Stocke said nothing, not moving at all. He remembered that Heiss knew about his little Sayros friend, Aht. Aht was certainly a part of his team. Stocke wondered why Heiss refused to allow them to be close.
  5. Heiss stared down at Stocke for a moment. He sighed, pulling paperwork out of a drawer and grabbing a pen. "Your mission starts now." Stocke stood, wiping his hair to the side. He left the room without having said a single thing. When he had entered the elevator, he wondered what he was supposed to do with his team. He wasn't used to relaxing or having fun. Stocke grimaced at the thought that his idea of 'fun' was fighting people and doing missions.
  6. The elevator took him down to the heart of the city. Stocke was far too busy worrying about how to have fun to notice that his friends were hiding behind bushes. As he walked past the bushes, they all jumped out, shouting, "Happy vacation, Stocke!" Stocke let out a girly yell, pulling out his sword. He pointed it at the bulkiest of the group, Rosch. Rosch grinned down at Stocke, gently pushing the blade away. "You might be strong, buddy, but your sword can't pierce through my armor."
  7. "I.. I wasn't aware you guys were allowed to jump me on vacation." Stocke hastily put his sword back into its sheath. He looked from Rosch to Marco, Marco to Kiel, Kiel to Raynie, Raynie to Aht, and then from Aht to Rosch once more. "We didn't jump you, Stocke! It was a surprise!" Aht was jumping up and down, her hooves making a clicking noise on the cement.
  8. Stocke eyed Aht, calmly putting a hand on her shoulder. He forced her to stop jumping. "A surprise can be considered jumping. How was I supposed to know you weren't some bandits trying to take my precious sword, or worse, my life?" He put a hand on the hilt of his sword to prove his point. Aht rolled her eyes dramatically, pushing his hand away. "We wouldn't kill a friend. You're crazy!" She giggled. "You guys, don't you agree with me? Stocke is c-r-a-z-y!"
  9. Stocke blushed as Aht got everyone to chime in with her. He looked away, trying to find an excuse to get away from them. Kiel was the only one who wasn't chanting along. The (ginger/caramel) haired boy was standing there stiffly, staring straight at Stocke. It made Stocke slightly nervous and awkward. However, he was glad that Kiel wasn't making him embarrassed. "Kiel?" He said, walking over to him. The chants died down as everyone stopped to glance at them. Kiel somehow managed to get stiffer. "Y-Yes, Sergeant?" He stuttered. Stocke held back a chuckle. "Thanks for not being w-e-i-r-d."
  10. The others blushed as Kiel slowly grinned. "Thank you, Sergeant! That makes me feel like I'm worth something to you!" A short boy stomped over to Stocke, swatting his armored leg. "You don't have to be so mean, Stocke." A girl with raven black hair tied in a pony tail followed suit. She smacked the blonde's head with her spear. She hissed, "We're not weird. You are." "Ow! Raynie, you don't have to be so mean. You too, Marco, even though your hit didn't hurt." Stocke rubbed his head, sighing. "I thought that I was crazy. I can't be two things at once."
  11. Before Stocke could start going off on a long rant about not being able to be more than two things, Aht started to bounce up and down again. Her teal hair bounced in the air with her. "Stocke, Stocke, you're lying! You are two things! You're a friend and a hero!" Stocke looked over at her, his eyes widened. Rosch patted Stocke's back with his artificial hand. "Aht's right. You're an amazing friend and a smart hero."
  12. Raynie gently hit Stocke's head once more. "You can be three things at once. A friend, a hero, and an idiot." Marco sighed, staring up at Raynie. "Don't ruin the moment for Stocke.. Although I'm not sure if he's enjoying it or not."
  13. "I'm kind of enjoying it. I never thought I was a hero to anyone. I guess that's because I've never really thought about anything other than my job.." Stocke trailed off, looking at them all with a helpless face. Kiel grinned at Stocke. "Don't worry about it! That's why we're here! You got a day off, right? So why don't you try to enjoy it with one of us?"
  14. Aht looked up at Kiel with a quizzical look on her face. "Why only one of us?" Aht inquired. She stopped bouncing up and down. Raynie looked grumpy as she said, "He has the whole day, Kiel. He should spend it with everyone." Stocke rubbed his forehead, watching the group as they started to bicker.
  15. Stocke ignored the arguemnt. It wasn't until Kiel said, "I thought he should get to know just one of us better since it's his first day off!" did he finally say something. "Of course I'll only hang out with one of you.. Heiss'll probably give me other days to relax." Stocke sighed in relief as the tension died down.

  17. Marco pulled away from the group, his hands up. "I'm going to stay out of this, Stocke. I'll go make sure that we have good equipment for our next mission." Marco ran off the opposite direction, leaving Stocke alone with Rosch, Aht, Kiel, and Raynie. "So, who are you going to pick?" They all said at once.
