As the two of you trudge your way downstairs you see your mom standing in the middle of the living room surounded by suitcases with three plane tickects in her hand and the biggest smile ever on her face.   2. Once your Mom stops jumping up and down repeatidly with yyour sister, she fianaly sees the confusion on your face. She sits the two of you down on the couch and begins to explain. "I was at work today and my boss called me into his office." She begins. "It turns out that theres an opening for my job out in CANADA and we're moving there!" Your sister runs in to the kitchen to grab the phone and takes your water before running up the stairs to her room. "Right necause I wasn't going to drink that!" You call up after her. "SHHH!" She says back obbviously on the phone. When you turn around you see your mom standing behind you. "Canada eh?" Is all you can muster out. Don't worry, It's not cold ALL year long." She says eith a sigh. "But not as hot as L.A.! I love it hot!" you say as you start walking outside with you new glass of water that your mom takes.

This job is the only chance we have." Then she gives you back your water and starts going inside. "Mom?" you ask "Yes Honey?" she answers "Why wasn't there a ticket for dad?" you ask with a pained expression on your face. "He will be in Afganastan for another six monthes Honey... he will meet us there." "OKay mom." you reply but you don't really believe her. You follow her inside and go upsair to change into your swimsuitto go relax in the hottub you guys have. WHen you get upstairs you see your sister lying on her bed talking on the phone. " I'm using the phone in 10 minutes bring it outside to me." you tell her and she nods. ===Once you get to the hottub you start thinking...

She goes back inside to make herself some Hotchocolate and you look down at your tan hans and think 'will I ever be tan again?' The you look at the phone and diside to call...

Your sister says you like like him but he is more like a brother. He picks up on the frist ring. " Hello?" He says in tired voice. "Hi Mike it's me _____" at the sound of your voice his perks up instantly. "Oh hey _____ whats up?" " My mom just told me..."

  8. You can't fall asleep knowing that tommorrow is the day you will tell the rest of the world your moving in a week. You go downstairs and see your sister eating a bowl of cereal. Appertly the news finaly settled in on her. "_____?" She askes when she sees you on the stairs "Do you think dad even knows were moving to Canada?" Since you think he might be dead, you say a whole hearted "Deffinitaly!" and her expession of pure graditude proves it was a worthy little-white-lie. You discide to hit the sac "G'night Megan" you say with a hug.
