  1. Main Character: This is the protagonist, or the character which the novel follows, shows, and is considered the hero of the novel.
  2. Antagonist: These are the individuals (it doesn't have to be person, or even alive.) who commit actions within the literature. They are described by their thoughts, actions, attributes, personality, and so on.
  3. Conflict: The highest point of plot, or action, in the literature, which usually deals with the protagonist dealing with the antagonist. After this there's no more conflicts.
  4. First person points of view:The point of view in the eyes of you, the reader. This is the least used from the point of views.
  5. Plot: The basic outline of the stories, with the events in chronological order.
  6. Irony:A different form of language that belongs to a specific region.
  7. Allusion: A reference to people, places, events, literary work, myths, or works of art directly or indirectly.
  8. Third person points of view: The point of view from an outsider who views the events and plot.
  9. Rising Action: The conflicts that make up the story before the climax
  10. Setting: Only the place where the novel occurs
  11. Theme: The struggles or problems that a group face.
  12. Points of view: How the character sees the events, or plot of the literature.
  13. A struggle between two forces, in which one side must win. These come in mainly three forms: internal, relational, or/and external. There are 6 basic subgroups. Character v. Character, Character v. Nature, Character v. Him/Her self,Character v. Supernatural, Character v. Society, or/and Character v. Destiny.
  14. An object, action, or idea which represents something beyond the literal meaning.
  15. The struggles or problems that individuals in society face.
  16. Suspense: The tension within the story, when you know something has happened, but not its solution.
  17. Dialect: A different form of language that belongs to a specific region
  18. Secondary Character: These are the individuals (it doesn't have to be person, or even alive.) who commit actions within the literature. They are described by their thoughts, actions, attributes, personality, and so on.
  19. Social Issue: The struggles or problems that a group face.
  20. The point of view in the eyes of you, the reader. This is the least used from the point of views.
  21. Resolution: The final outcome of the literature. This is the end of the literature, and final words.
