This quiz is so terribly wrong on so many levels.
For starters, you can have as few or as little players in the wall, but after 3 is when there are additional rules.
Secondly, if you're in an offside position and blocking an opponent you are by definition interfering with an opponent: "making an obvious action which clearly impacts on the ability of an opponent to play the ball".
Thirdly, a substitute that enters the field is and commits the offense described is going to receive two cautions and be sent off. One for entering the field and one for the secondary offense.
Other questions on this quiz are poorly worded and do not assist officials, coaches, and spectators. Please refrain from creating future quizzes until you follow your own prescribed advice of putting in effort to get better.
