That's so sweet! Maybe try and break the ice between the two of you by cracking a joke. Keep things kind of casual for a little while until he feels more comfortable. That way when both of you start dating it will be easier to start conversations and everything will come more naturally. All the best :)ange x

Okay, so I'm pretty sure he's feeling a little conflicted, trying to figured out if you like him. He's most likely trying to be friends first. Which is what you should do. Seeing as you haven't known him long, you should probably get to know him a little better. Just hang out a little more and just let it be and see where it goes. You might find out you don't really like him/ he likes you too!!

I think he's trying to figure out if you like him or not, and he's wondering about how he feels for you. I had almost the same thing happen, except my friends tried to set us up. But he ended up asking me out.

ok, thanx for the advice guys, its really helped! and actually, we've known eachother for almost 2 yrs, but it was only recently that we started to talk to eachother more and actually get to know eachother. So i've been crushing on him for over a year, and im pretty sure i like him A LOT by now... and i suppose maybe i'll just try to stay friends with him for a while

i think he was just shocked about it.. how about give him a time to clear off his mind for a while.. and think back about his emotions.. probably he actually likes you, but he didnt realise it. i felt sorry for you.. hope it will work out between both of you..
