Do you mean put the lid down on the toilet seat? I do that at home but not in public toilets! If the toilet lid is down it looks suspicious.....like someone's done a big poo. So I leave it open...unless it's blocked or at home :)
At home if it's open I drop hair ties and bobby pins in :/ Not good!
