  1. Ok kittens, this is my new story Hogwarts Love Story! Yay I am so excited! Ok so a few things you should know about yourself in the story. You are in your 3rd year, you are a pure blood. Also in this story I will be speaking in first person as in I,me,my,we and so on and so forth plus your name is Bree. Well I think that's about it. Enjoy!
  2. "Do you have everything, dear? Your bags, your trunk, your permission slip for Hogsmeade?" My mother asked worrying she might forget something. "Mum you just gave me my permission slip. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten anything." I said to calm her down. "I know it's just," She paused to give me a hug. "I'll miss you sweetie." My mum let go. "I know and I'll miss you too mum but we have to go before we miss the train." I said smiling and gripping my trolley. "Oh all right then let's go." She said. I ran through the barrier between gates 9 and 10 and appeared on platform 9 and 3/4 with my mum behind me. "You be safe. That Sirius Black is on the loose and I don't know what I would do with myself if you got hurt." Mum said kissing me on the cheek and giving me another hug. "Mum, I'm going to miss the train." I complained. "Good bye, Bree sweetie." She said as you boarded the train. "Bye Mum." I replied waving one last time. As the train left the station, looked for an empty compartment. "Bree!" Someone called. I turned around and saw someone I recognized immediately. "Neville!" I said rushing up to him and giving him a hug. "Look at you, your..." Neville trailed off. "Me? Look at you, you look so different." I said beaming. Neville has been my best friend since we were born. "How was your summer?" He asked. "It was good I guess I spent most of it at Nerilay Beach. How about you?" I asked tucking a piece of hair behind my ear. Neville looked a little hesitant at first but he then said, "I visited my parents and hung out at home." He shuffled his feet. "You okay?" I asked crossing your arms. I'm the only one who knew about Neville's parents condition except for my mum and his grandmother. He nodded though I could tell he didn't want to talk about it. "Good. Now let's go find a compartment." I smiled grabbed his hand pulled him through the train.
  3. There were no empty compartments so we chose the least filled compartment. Inside was a girl with long frizzy brown hair, a red headed boy with freckles, another boy with jet black hair, and a proffesor who I was pretty sure I knew." Hi, can we sit here everywhere else is full?" I asked sliding open the door. "Of course." A red headed boy said. "Thanks." I said sitting next to a girl with long bushy brown hair. Neville sat across from me next to a boy with messy jet black hair. "Bree, I'd like you to meet Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, and Harry Potter. Guys meet Bree." Neville said pointing to each one of them. "Nice to meet you guys." I said giving a small wave. I honestly wasn't impressed by Harry. I mean most people would be on their hands and knees saying, 'We are not worthy.' but I wasn't fazed. He was just another student at Hogwarts that just so happened to have survived a curse from Voldemort. "So Bree are you a transfer student?" Harry asked. "Actually no I've been here since first year. You probably just haven't noticed me because I was a bit shy then." I replied. Suddenly the train came to a stop. "What's going on?" Hermione asked. I got up and squinted at the window. Frost was freezing over the windows. A cloaked figure opened the door. "Dementor," I mumbled. The dementor went straight up to Harry and started sucking his soul. "Expecto Patronum!" The professor yelled waking up immeadiatly. The dementor disappeared and Harry collapsed to the ground. "Bree?" The professor looked at me. "Hey Uncle Remus." I quickly said kneeling next to Harry. I shook his shoulder but he wouldn't wake up. "Is he..." Hermione started. I checked his pulse. "No he just passed out." I said looking through my bag I finally found what I was looking for. I took out a water bottle and splashed it on Harry's face.
  4. Harry bolted upright. "Here." I said handing him a Chocolate Frog. He took it questioningly. "It helps." I explained as the train started up again. Harry took a bite and you helped him up. "Thanks." He said. "No problem." I responded."What was that thing?" Ron asked. "It was a dementor. They guard Azkaban, they must have been looking for Sirius Black." Uncle Remus said giving Harry more chocolate frogs. "I need to have a word with the driver." Uncle Remus left our compartment. "Are you ok Harry?" Hermione asked. "I think so. Who was screaming?" Harry asked taking a bite of the choclate. "Nobody was screaming Harry." Neville said. "I heard a woman, she was screaming." Harry said. "Dementors always bring out a persons worst memories. They also make people feel like they may never be happy again." I said. "That's exactly how I felt."Ron said. Harry told us about how Sirius was after him. We eventually arrived at Hogwarts
  5. We separated as I left for the Ravenclaw table and them the Gryffindor.
  6. Professor Dumbledore stood and started to speak. "Welcome to another year at Hogwarts. I'd like to say a few words before we become to befuddled with our excellent feast. First, I'm pleased to welcome Professor R.J Lupin, who has kindly consented to fill the post of Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. Good luck professor." Everyone clapped (except for most Slytherins; you know how they are) Dumbledore continued. "Our Care of Magical Creatures professor has decided to retire. Fortunately, I am delighted to announce, that his place will be taken by none other than our own, Rubeus Hagrid." The Great Hall broke into more applause. "Finally on a more disquieting note, at the request of the Ministry of Magic, Hogwarts will until further notice,play host to the dementors of Azkaban until Sirius Black is captured." A chill spread throughout the Great Hall and nervous whispers broke out. "He's gotten past the dementors once. What's stopping him from doing it again?"Someone said. I was a little scared but not for me. For Harry. Harry may have stopped Voldemort a couple times but what if Sirius Black were better at his job.
  7. The room quieted down as Dumbledore spoke once more. "The dementors will be stationed at every entrance to the grounds. While I've been assured their presence will not disrupt our day to day activities, a word of caution. Dementors are vicious creatures, they will not distinguish between the one they hunt and the one that gets in the way. There for I must warn each and every one of you to give them no reason to harm you. It is not in the nature of a dementor to be forgiving. But you know, happiness can be found even in the darkest of times. If one only remembers to turn on the light." Dumbledore finished his speech and the feast began. (Yes I got that entire speech from the movie).
  8. As we were eating, one of my friends nudged me and said,"Both Harry and Ron haven't taken their eyes off you since we got here. What did you do?" I looked towards where they were sitting and sure enough they both been looking at me. They quickly looked away. I tried not to smile failing miserably and said,"I'm not sure."She shrugged and changed the subject. After dinner, as we exited the great hall I saw Neville being picked on by none other than Draco Malfoy and his 'friends'. I told my friends I would meet up with them at the common room. I tapped Malfoy on the shoulder and said...
  9. Crabbe and Goyle let go of Neville who I motioned him to leave. Neville said a quick thanks then took off."Ah Bree good to see you again."Malfoy said. "What is it with you and messing with my friends?"I said crossing my arms. "Well it's not my fault that you have either blood traitors or mudbloods." Malfoy said looking very smug. I was so close to kicking him where it hurts when an older boy gets in between the two of us."Nice one, Bree getting someone to fight your battles for you," Malfoy said glaring at the guy in front of him."I wouldn't be talking if I were you." The older boy said in a Scottish accent. I realized he was Oliver Wood a seventh year and the Gryffindor quidditch captain.
  10. "You both should be in your dorms." Oliver said."Fine." I said as Oliver led me away. I turned around and made sure to punch Malfoy in the stomach. No one gets away with insulting my friends. Crabbe and Goyle were about to grab me but I used the Impedimenta jinx to slow them down, literally. "Now we can go," I said walking away proudly. Oliver walked me to the Ravenclaw common room and left.
