Ok... Hermione is a muggle-born, or, if you perfer, a mudblood. The Dursleys are just muggles. And to a certain person who commented, Harry IS a half-blood. His mother was muggle-born. Not pureblood. Both parents have to be purebloods in order for the child to be a pureblood. Harry's mother was a witch but not a pureblood. Thus making Harry a half-blood. Did you read the books?

Harry IS a pureblood, just because his mother was muggle-born does not make him a halfblood. And halfbloods aren't half magical, they are 100% as magical as purebloods, it just means that one of their parents was a muggle.

What is the difference in magic between a pureblood and a halfblood. Because I'm fairely certain that the books don't mention halfbloods being weaker in magic. Besides...I like halfbloods!
