The quiz says I am republican. However, I agree with some points of both parties. Therefore, I try a bit harder to find out about the candidate and their actual intentions as a leader.

I believe gay marriage should be legal. I believe abortion should be legal. We should concentrate on OUR country. Welfare is fine for people in need, but there needs to be a cut off at some point & possibly some community service while receiving. The wealthy should pay more taxes. The illegals should be sent back, including children.

There are no right or wrong answers in these quizzes. If you received an answer that suits you then great! If you didn't and the answer is way off, no big deal it's just for entertainment! :)

Here's what I think about Obama:

He was very mediocre. I understand that our congress is Republican, therefore he struggled to pass many laws and ideas, but it's called a Check Balance system. If congress would have been Democrat as well as Obama, when Obama says "Jump!" they would all say "How high?", and that's the last thing we need! If it were to be that way, we would be in further debt than we already are! And the whole 'Obama Care' dilemma, pretty much is an example of how much worse our economy would be. I think it's better that congress is one party, and the president is another.

In the United States, we have the freedom of religion and assembly according to the first amendment to the Constitution. People like Knarl who watch CNN every day don't want you to know that.

This country definitely needs a change for a prosperous future, and the Republican way might have worked in the past, but is most certainly not now. If the Democrats win back the House in 2014 (I know it is not realistic, because of Gerrymandering (although Illinois and Maryland weren't much better than Ohio or North Carolina, sadly), but one can always hope.), maybe we can start wor hour realignment in a year.

However, to take Homer's "The Iliad" as legitimate, only around 650 copies have been found. Also, you are correct about in your statement that religious people should not judge. The bible specifically states in many verses that judging is left to God and not to men.

I am a republican, and i am proud of it.This Country became lawless, we have all the law, nobody keep them or if they try got punished (border patrols),its scares me where we heading,about gay marriage don't care let them be happy immigration, ...i am one of them and is a insult to all of us who build this country with hard work and payed our dues and waited years become a citizen and now just being hand out, so they just can send our dollars out and they don't even want to be citizens to pay tax. I believe the Republican party is to influenced by religion, and what they feel is "right" then what's "best". I mean seriously, if you are against abortian, then just don't do it. Don't take away that for people who need it. When people say "special circumstances", where do you draw that line? I'm a Catholic and I still believe in this.

When you get a job, why don't you give 1/3 of your pay (every payday), after taxes to someone on welfare on top of the taxes taken out. Better yet, when you make a 95 on one of your tests, and little Johnny makes a 45, you should give him 10-20 points of your grade, to help him out. You see, once you enable someone to sit on their butt and collect a check or not even bother to work for what they receive, they'll sit forever waiting on a hand out. I might have rated this quiz higher if the author had checked spelling and grammar in the questions -- and what words were used. On the church and state question, the first choice said, "collision of church and state..." Well, I don't think the author meant "collision", so the question really didn't make much sense.

Couldn't find many answers I actually agreed with, such as restriction on all guns except Handguns. Got Democrat. I am fiscally liberal, socially moderate and with the conservatives on the military. All adds up to Indie, which should be a choice. Oh well, not everything can be exact.
