Nooo
-
I contemplated just posting without any spoiler warnings because, you know, f--- jk rowling and f--- this game. But I know a lot of you are young and probably- aren't the one purchasing the game for yourself, and/or aware of the issues surrounding the game and purchasing it
-
i literally just found out this game existed. i must get it. :OOOOOOO
-
Lmao the teacher's name was professor fig. I guess it happens in every single ending. Honestly I'm impressed the game even has multiple endings
-
Fun fact they added a trans character to the game but they named her "Sirona Ryan"
-
really?? sirona ryan???? wtf kind of name is that???
-
Seriously, they might as we just call her "Sir Man" -_-
But it's really not much of a surprise considering the one Asian character in the series was named Cho Chang -
oh wow, I thought people were just hating on it because of an inability to separate the art from it's artist.
"Cho Chang??" Do some f---ing research if you wanna make a good name for a foreign person. It's almost as bad as "Ching Chong". -
You can't separate the art from the artist when the artist is still alive and is directly receiving money from you purchasing the game
-
i thought rowling sold harry potter
but anyways
"Sirona"
According to Wiktionary, Sirona is a Celtic goddess of healing.
So uh...
idk what to say
Tbh it's a nice name -
Based off of the previous statements, I assume y'all thought Sirona was a made-up name.
"Seriously, they might as we just call her "Sir Man" -_-"
uh... no.
well if that's true, then there goes your point about Cho Chang :/ -
Nah, she still owns the IP and gets money from anything Harry Potter that is sold
In other contexts, yes the name could be nice. But given the context surrounding its use here, it was clearly intended maliciously -
how?
-
Because Sirona's a trans person and her surname is "Ryan"?
It honestly sounds like you're just trying to stir up drama for the sake of it.
