Dino Crisis- Runs well enough, but sound doesn't always play at launch. Gives you acces to the unlockable costumes and Operation Wipeout from the start.
Dino Crisis 2- Haven't downloaded it yet.
Megaman Legends- VERY BUGGY PORT. Does not like to save. Graphics aren't.. much different than the ps1 release. Better off emulating the ps1 version.
Metal Gear Solid- Removed second controller port, use keyboard to confuse psycho mantis. Higher resolution. On GOG!!
Resident Evil- Higher resolutions. VERY UNSTABLE. Frame rate tied to strength of graphics cards. Modern cards will run the game WAY too fast. Sound doesn't work frequently.
Resident Evil 2 Sourcenext- Able to skip door animations and most cutscenes. Includes a hard mode. Recommended over ps1 version if you can find it.
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver- Crashes at start. Mess around with compatibility to try to get it working.
Silent Hill 2- Seems to run fine, but controllers need to be mapped via xinput. Includes Maria scenario.
Silent Hill 3- Runs fine. Supports controllers well enough.
Silent Hill 4- On gog. Will update its entry when I buy it and test it. -
Now I have tried the sourcenext release of Resident Evil 3/biohazard 3 BUT it does not run well without patches.

Clock Tower Windows Port- Has ps1 fmvs, no controller support, uses mouse and i love it. since clock tower is a point and click game by nature
