There are 155 dead.

Haven't had any sieges sadly, kinda for the best though as only 20 adults. (I set pop cap at 50 and have too many kids due to baby booming migrants)

How should I torture the cyclops? Perhaps a room of spears?

Boulder traps then spear traps. The boulders shouldn't kill them.
You should try and get adamantine and make swords out of it. 10x sharper than any other sword. -
I got no adamantine and I may not have a spire as a 2x2 embark.

My main mechanic who set up all the traps was sentenced to 5 hammer strikes, they were carried out by my most impressive warrior. The first hammer strike killed him.

Almost all my dwarves are unhappy.

Got soap industry going.
Another cyclops came, don't know how but he appeared to fly right over my moat. -
The dwarf corpse disposer 2000 is here! Disposing of all creatures to entertain the dining room! All dwarves are developing discipline.
I'm going to go after the FB now. -
Also, a thief came by. The axemen and the tiger took him out.
