Mine has to be either Bonnie-Fnaf or Rayman-Rayman 1, 2, 3, Origin, and Legends.
I'd choose Bonnie because I just love how he's the first to roam and he kinda sets off that "OH S---!!!" feeling while playing. I also enjoy the fanart they make of him and frankly find him doing a good job at being creepy.
Rayman... don't even get me started. Ragman's badass. End of story. He's so simple and barely detailed while being the most creative and memorable character I've ever seen. Of course, his friends are awesome too, but he's just got that popular aroma.
