  Voice actors don't matter, I've known plenty of characters voiced by actors of the opposite sex. :P

  Anti nya cat? I don't believe I've ever heard of that.
  
  I've seen many times where a male character in his younger state is voiced by a female actor, because they typically have higher voices.

  a friend of mine came up with it and i have used it for a long time. yeah like bart he has a girl as an actor
