I'm starting track in a couple weeks and plan on being a long distance runner. Anyone else in track who can give me some pointers for this season?

SISI! I missed you! Lol, for me, track is enduring so breathing properly is very helpful... Oh and do NOT think anything's impossible. That's all :)

Pretty_In_Pink Newbierun everday. i used to be in track, and running everyday helps a lot. at least a mile

Okay well if you run on the road you can sprint to one telephone pole then walk to anaother then sprint to the next pole then walk do that for about a mile.
