Ok so I've been trying to gain weight without losing weight and I just seem to be failing. How do you gain weight and not lose any weight? I always lose 2 pounds overnight and it is getting very annoying because when school starts I won't get to eat as much because we don't get snack time and I don't want to go back to being underweight again. Please help!!! What do you suggest I do to keep that from happening?

I don't think you need to gain weight :| You're fine at the range you're at. I'm your height (half an inch shorter but whatever) and weigh a bit less than you and yet I don't need to gain/lose weight.
But if you're concerned about it a lot, just eat some snacks before you go to sleep, since your metabolism is slower when you're asleep. -
I lose weight very easlily is why. Good idea I will start eating night snacks more often. I always eat a honeybun or two before I go to bed during the school year

Don't try to gain weight. EVER. Then, you might not be able to control your new habits once you reach normal weight. Then we have what is considered "fat."

Ya I'm not trying to gain that much weight, I just don't want to keep losing weight because I don't want to be underweight again.

How? And that would be hard to skip lunch. I know some people who never eat breakfast
