my upper body isn't as strong as my lower (MEANING MY LEGS..), and i want to be a little more at least ._.
i recently noticed that i started gaining arm muscles, and i kind of want to be a little stronger so i don't fall over all the time when i try to lift large things... -
Well, again I've been lifting a 10-pound weight up and down (as in-start with an L-shape next to your head and lift it straight up and go back down again) 50 times each arm, and have gained more arm muscle.
(I can tell it works, because it used to be 5 pounds each arm and I'm getting to where 10 is easy, too)
Speaking of which I know 10 really isn't much but I just started. XP
Qapla' (okay did I really have to say it in Klingon? Yes I did) -
during weights cycle at school i usually lift 15-30 pound weights, but thats once a year so that's not really helping me, my current line of work requires me to use my arms a LOT so that helps too but i'm getting laid off today so that's out of the option...

at a cafe, it gets pretty busy and i have to shake the thing-you-make-drinks-with container manually and i'm pretty much the only one who works here most of the time, and then the blenders are half manually operated and it's kind of hard to work//

Ah okay. I just asked because that reminded me of my sister, she works in the bakery at WalMart and has to do pretty much all the work because no one will get up off their lazy ass and help her.

Pull ups and push ups. They suck bawls, but that's all I really know of. e.e Sorry.

Weights,I do 20 pounds,or 40.But for you I'd sugguest 20.Like atleast 30 minutes a day.As for how many on each arm,just do til' you arm seriously aches.

at school i did 15 pounds 200 reps each arm ._. since im out of school so i'm pretty much out of options LOL

That sounds pretty much like what I did at school only it was 20.
(and I'm in a similar boat, I need to get some new weights. XD) -
my friends wouldn't let me near any heavier out of fear i'd try to suffocate someone with the dumbell (knowing me, i'd find a way to do that :3)

Suffocate them, it'd probably be easier to just whack them.
Of course if you really wanted to suffocate them, you could shove it down their throat.
(you probably knew that...XD) -
