I suggest lifting weighs. I do sometimes and just started so I do 8 pounds (5 is way to light and 8 is just right currently for me) but Ill lift heavier ones once I get used to it

I lift 12 or 15 pounds now and it's working! I can through a basketball farther and I'm stronger. I used to not be able to lift 15 pounds at all
