I wanna get back into my regular gym routine that I totally slacked off on through winter. Used to go maybe 5 times a week pretty intensely now I’m like- a special guest appearance HAHA

I wanna be able to do back flips and need to excercise to be flexible and loose weight (like i have any)
Fun fact: Bruce lee could do 6 punches in less than a second. -
I wanna take up dancing for exercise! I think it could be a great way to improve and tone my body, as well as a fun skill I can develop at the same time

Also how friggin cool would it be to just randomly bust out moves
