My stomach has been hurting for a long time. I don’t think it’s something I ate. It may be anxiety.
-
I’ve never felt it before. I checked over what I’ve been eating and it’s actually healthier than what I ate just a week ago.
It feels almost like hunger. But last week my stomach hurt the most it ever had, it wasn’t that I was hungry though. But still, when I ate some food I felt better.
Anyone wanna try and help? -
I have this thing where my stomach gets upset with certain foods. Namely, eggs, sausage, turkey, avocados, and popcorn that's made on the stove top (microwave and popper popcorn are fine, though). I went to the doctor about it, and eventually we came to the conclusion that I just have to stay away from those foods. But I don't remember if eating helped or not.

I don't know how I can help if it is anxiety.
-
The foods that irritate me are, mangos, pineapple, kiwi, and pepperoni.
I didn’t find out about pepperoni for a while, but when I ate a slice of pepperoni pizza, my throat felt tight, though I was still able to breath correctly. -
Pepperoni is a sausage. But other than that, I'm not sure.
Have you not been eating a lot lately?
I remember mine was at it's absolute worst last December. I didn't want to eat anything. The only thing we had that my stomach could handle waa tomato soup (I'm done with tomato soup for awhile. 1 month of it is quite enough for a long time). -
throat tightening sounds like an allergy thing. that could be dangerous
-
It could be a mix of both anxiety and maybe stomach ulcers? While I do agree that throat tightening is a common sign of anaphylaxis/an allergic reaction, it's mostly accompanied with other symptoms (hives, redness, itching, running nose and watery eyes, and coughing). That's why I am leaning more towards it just being anxiety because I also have anxiety hat worsens when I eat something that I don't know
or right now as I'm talking about it(because I'm allergic to shellfish) and I get that same sensation of my throat feeling tight because I worry that what I'm eating contains shrimp or crab, but that's just my anxiety being stupid, so that might be what you're experiencing too.
And I say stomach ulcers too just because I had a friend in college that had stomach ulcers and she said that she would get stomach pains if she went too long without eating and had to basically always be constantly eating because that was really the only thing that would soothe her stomach, even if she wasn't hungry. She also had to take medication for it.
You also sound like you might have intolerances to certain foods. It's different than an allergy, but it's still uncomfortable. Or maybe you're allergic to some sort of preservative that they put on those fruits?
You should definitely see a doctor though because none of us are medical professionals and I'd like to stress that these are just my thoughts. Seeing a doctor would help immensely and if they do suspect that you're allergic to something, they can send you to an allergist that can administer a skin allergy test (it's pretty boring. Highly recommend bringing something to read because it takes a while for results to show. I was in mine for like three hours) and that way they'll be able to see if what you're experiencing is actually an allergic reaction or it's just your anxiety -
Thank you :3
I think the pepperoni thing was because it was pretty spicy, I’m not super used to that due to the fact that I don’t eat spicy things. -
I know this isn't super helpful, but try eating bread. Something nasty? Bread. Something spicy? Bread. Bad bread? Better bread.

Omg, what a good saying
