So I am a quitter, yes. I have started and quit exercise programs at least five times just in 2018. So I started my latest endeavor this week and I have been getting up early every morning to work out, and exercising two other times throughout the day and being more careful about what I eat and staying active and all that good stuff. So I thought it was all going great but when I weighed myself today, I had GAINED FIVE POUNDS!!! How is that even possible?
Someone help? I am not planning on quitting this time (lol I have just been at it for four days) but I am just discouraged. I know that exercising is not about instant gratification but it just seems wrong to be gaining weight by exercising. -

actually guys, its muscle but also sometimes you gain weight in the beginning because fat is moving around in your body
