1.) Don't starve yourself. (That can lead to some very unhealthy risks)
2.) Exercise at least a minimum of 5-10 minutes.
Planks and squats are the most beneficial. You can also looked up exercise videos on YouTube. Also, maintain a healthy diet as well. Make sure you don't atarve yourself. -
squats? nah. Try burpees. Do them til you can't so them anymore, a couple times a day.
-
Yeah don't starve yourself! Instead of not eating, go with eat healthy. Less snacks, more good healthy meals. If anything, just cut down on junk food and sugar.

Well I currently eat no breakfast or lunch, I do 100 sit-ups every night, 100 pushups, 50 squats, and I go for a two mile run every Tuesday and Thursday and I do sports on Monday through Friday and I have kickboxing lessons Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and that all helps me keep fit and in shape but start out slow

Not eating breakfast or lunch messes you up so badly
You don't understand
Eat children the worst thing you can have for breakfast is having nothing at all
Don't follow 3001s technique they're burning more carbs than what they're in taking -
Yeah, the other half of my post didn't post it said "But don't do it, the only reason I do it is because I cant stop. Ive done it for three years now, don't do it, ive tried to stop but it screwed up any way I eat."
-
I'm going to start going on a half walk half run around my new neighbor hood
-
Sorry to say but I only a bite of breakfast this morning!

If you're looking to lose weight, you don't have to starve yourself or make yourself throw up. You simply have to make sure you're eating about the same amount of calories as you burn. Some good beginner calf muscles workouts are jogging in place for a while, and warrior poses. For those, don't focus on the arms. Try to go as far down as you can go without hurting your calf muscles. If you feel stinging in your calf, stop immediatly. Trust me, I went further, and I couldn't bend my knees properly for days.

But do not work out to hard that you can't move the next day. That's not healthy and for a diet. Try cutting out junk food-eating it once a week at most- or go vegan. Look at Ariana Grande, she's vegan and she's sexy thin. Although I would suggest vegitarian more than vegan because you still need diary for your bones.

I haven't been eating much .
I'm pushing myself in PE -
Yes, Draco is right, I have recently become a vegetarian and it works WONDERS!
