First of all, I'll give you tips how to be healthy :
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water (2 liters) everyday. This is a minimum level of water needed for teens and adults.
2. Avoid drinking alcohol and beer, also don't smoke. This is very important, since this factor applies hardly to body health.
3. Eat at least 3 times a day with total calories depending on your work. You can check how many you need in the internet. Don't forget to eat balanced.
4. Exercise at least 2 hours a week. You can walk, jog, run, swim and play basketball or football as you like.
5. Avoid stress and medicines if possible.
6. Be happy always!
These are few tips that can make you healthy. -
Diet tips :
1. Keep eating at least 3 times a day and keep balanced nutrition. Don't reduce your body nutrition by reducing the times you eat a day. Just reduce eating meat and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
2. Always drink a lot, because it'll stabilize body nutrition and digestion process.
3. Eat dinner before 8 PM.
4. Improve your exercise time, because it'll burn your calories faster. Research proofs that laughing and smiling actually burn your calories.

And avoiding medicines doesn't even make sense, unless you're referring to taking steroids/drugs. -
And 2 litres of water is a myth. Saying it's the minimum could be dangerous, you can drink too much water and die
