So I have now lost 27 lbs and everyone keeps on telling me I am too skinny. I am 5'1 and 105 lbs now. The last time I was on here I asked about loose skin and stretch marks which is still the same. But now I want to put on weight in my hips and butt without gaining a stomach. I'm planning to do butt workouts by fitness blender on YouTube and start drinking protein shakes. Do anyone know how long it will take to get bigger hips and a bigger butt because I hate my toothpick legs. Also do anyone know if I would put on any fat in my stomach if I'm strength training to get bigger? I plan on doing hiit once or twice a week and three butt videos with strength training included. Does anyone have any advice to get a bigger in the lower body and keep the upper(stomach)flat? Please help me out

You can just do strength training and resistance training, along with 3 days of cardio per week. That should work

And do plenty of squats for sure
