So I've now lost 19 lbs. I am currently 5'1 113 lbs and 15 year old girl. I lost the weight but still feel fat. I'm sorry for complaining so much but I honestly do. My body is uneven with one hip slightly being more tone than the other and my legs are also uneven. I still have a muffin top which is not as large but it's so frustrating to lose all the weight and still have what I wanted to get rid of the most. I also believe that my skin is loose from losing weight in only 2 1/2 months. I don't know what to do :( my body is also covered in stretch marks (stomach,legs,knees,arms,shoulders,and chest) Can someone please give me some advice please I'm so sick of living like this I'm miserable everyday I just want to have a normal body for a 15 year old but I can't. I'm so tired of living sometimes...

I use a channel called fitness blender. I use four videos of theirs. On Monday,Wednesday, and Friday I use there 45 minute hiit cardio and abs. On Tuesday and Thursday I do the 40 minute fat blasting strength training video. On Saturday I use the 43 minute hiit cardio and strength training video. Before all the videos, I do a ten minute abs and obliques video.

I've not heard of that so I don't know what it is but I'm guessing maybe those exercises are too focused on your upper body?
My first feeling was that running would be the best, it should help your stomach and legs. Hopefully you can try that?
Also watch what you're eating, make sure you're not overeating and eating lots of bad foods.
The stretch marks will fade eventually but it can take a very long time :( -

Try putting on a bit of muscle. It will fill up the space the fat used to and help with loose skin. It will also speed up ur metabolism , causing you to constantly burn more fat than before. And do Garcinia Cambogia. It works wonders when combined with Red Palm Oil and Raspberry Ketones. (That's how I stay lean)
