Are you from Asia by the way?
-
^ was for ILL
-
India to be precise
-
No I'm not from Asia. Did I do something to annoy you? You seem to be ignoring me
-
Who's ignoring who?
-
That's my point. Even walking risks injury. Yoga is more rigourous than walking so It's just a lie to say its absolutely risk free
-
No lions lol the page just turned and I' didn't see your post
-
Talking of risks, one should not exist! It's too risky to be alive
-
Well I don't mean to imply one should live risk free. It's just important to calculate the truth and take your risks on an informed basis
-
Alright, just checking. How is yoga more rigorous than walking though? Its basically just sitting in certain positions.
Aadee i was thinking the same thing lol -
Yoga has a lot of different levels and subcultures to it. The very most basic yoga is essentially just mild stretching, but as you progress in the yoga, it does become massively more intense
-
Ah we're so similar ILL
-
Whose telling you to progress to different levels? Stick to the one level you're comfortable with
-
Well no one tells me to lol I enjoy yoga but that doesn't make it any less of a risk. See the yoga itself doesn't protect me from me from injury when practicing. I protect myself with mindfulness and common sense in relation toknowledge of risk.
