How do I know if I fractured my jaw?

When I got kicked in the face with the ball today, it hit my mouth and my jaw. It really hurts my jaw to close my mouth, open my mouth very much (even some talking is painful), and move my jaw to the side. Should I be concerned?

And if you like hearing people's advice, then you would've listened to mine when I said you shouldn't play.

Because my parents want me to push through the pain. They always tell me Im fine, even when I got a concussion.
I played because my team really needed me, I was feeling a bit better by game time, and my mom would have killed me if she had to skip work just to see me sit on the bench.
