I already took aspirin and my parents already know. I am in my bed... I cant go to sleep... It is 11pm where I live.

That's when meditating comes in handy. Some people fall asleep while doing it.
-
I've never meditated before.
-
I'll try to sleep again.

It's not that difficult. Just close your eyes and breathe, laying on your back. Every time you inhale, think "one", and every time you exhale, think "two".
-

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables of the season, whole grains and legumes.
Instead of taking one large meal, take several small meals throughout the day, that will help in digestion. Prefer light foods. Avoid heavy, fried and fatty foods. Heavy foods are not easy to digest. It takes lot of energy and remain in the stomach for long periods. Heavy diet may lead to vomiting.
If you have nausea along with concussion, you can take small amounts of food or fluids. Also avoid medicines or substances that cause drowsiness or changes in level of consciousness.
Take fats in the form of flax seed oil or avocados, which helps to boost the immune system. Take home-made vegetable soups. Oatmeal with fruit and fresh fruit juices works excellent in healing process. It contains many important vitamins and minerals.
Avoid alcohol, illicit drugs, central nervous system medications, sleeping pills, muscle relaxants, tranquilizers, or recreational drugs that may interfere with cognitive function.
Use Soy beans and eggs in your food. It contains choline, a vitamin needed for nerve transmission and brain function, including memory.
This should help. Get well soon. -
Thank you, aadee. I will try to follow your advice.
