I promised to start running with a friend in the mornings on the track because it's only a block from my house..
Actually I promised to walk with her, but now she's informing me there has to be running.

I'm not even kidding when I say I can't run. I don't know how to run.

I just came back from a run! :) Could you practice? Maybe run around your backyard or jog on the spot...that way no one will see you :)

Do you mean sprinting or cross country? I'm good at cross country but can not sprint...at all.

Ps. Do you have Athletics, Swimming & Cross Country carnivals at your school?

if you only committed to walking with her, springing the running on you was just out of line, and you're not obligated to do so.

No Ange I have none of those at my school. And I don't know where to begin on running.

Alright. I told her I couldn't run, and explained that I didn't know about the running, and she said she understands, so I'm good.

I can't run for the life of me...and I've even practiced. Didn't help at all.
