meh.. it's kind of pointless wast of time as an excercise.. it's more affective to use pullups,pushups, and bicep curls. that'll do the trick. but as a accumulation test it can't be beat

About 30 squat thrusts 25 elevated push ups with my feet at head level 35 sit ups and I have a weird way of doing elevated tricep workouts and I have a 10 lb one handed barbell I mess around with. I haven't found out my max bench weight but I'm estimating it at 180 or so. You?

i do 10 reps of a variety of pushups and 50 reps twice of a more standered version, 50 pullups. sqauts, and toe extensions i tend to do in time increments,
i have 50 crunches and 50 scissoring kicks.
do you do any other exercise -
I ride a bike and climb stuff a ton so I work my calf muscles a lot, I don't have anything to do pull ups on, I keep reminding myself to find a good tree branch when I go walking in the woods. How much can you bench?

I can bench 35 pounds :D

i can bench press close to 180 lbs :D
and i usually go to the park for my pullups and crunches. the monkey bars are as good as anything.
yep bike riding is (in my opinion) the best leg exercise. -
