Hmmmmmmm what about like right after Tommy's exile? If you'd like, that's mainly Tommy's thing. He stays with Techno and Phil for a while after that, I'm pretty sure, mostly Techno but Phil visited him at least once I think

Also, are we going to have Phil and Tommy blood related, adopted in, or just as a father-son like bond but not really related at all? Because, technically, Wilbur is Philza's only canon son, but I'm pretty sure that most people are like "Screw it, give Phil all the sons" and he becomes the parent of Wilbur and Tommy, adopted Techno and Tubbo, and Ranboo married into it
