Sebastian walked over to him. "Which cog is the problem?"

‘All of them! They keep getting jammed or cutting open the wires!’

Sebastian looked at it. "Take that one out."

Vincent was too frustrated to think clearly. He took out the cog.

Sebastian nodded. "Get some electrical tape."

Vincent reached into his pockets and pulled some out.

Sebastian took some and wrapped it around some of the wires before tangling them together so that the cogs wouldn't be able to reach them.

Vincent went to pick up the wrench he’d thrown.

Sebastian ran the cogs through using their fingers.

Vincent walked back over and looked over their shoulder.

Sebastian smiled. "See if it works now."

Vincent turned on the machine, stepping out of it. Nothing happened, but it didn’t explode or heat up. ‘It’ll still need some fine tuning. Thanks, Bas.’

"You're welcome." Sebastian smiled.

Vincent smiled. He hesitated for a moment before hugging him.

Sebastian froze up. "What are you doing?" He mumbled, not exactly being a fan of touch.
