Richard closed his eyes as well, but held onto him tightly.

Caleb deepened the kiss for a moment before breaking it with a smile.

Richard pulled away, opening his eyes.

Caleb opened his eyes.

Richard grinned.

Caleb smiled. ‘I love you.’

Richard didn't say anything for a moment. He felt bad for it, for being so stupid, but it just felt too early.

Caleb didn’t mind too much. He just wanted Richard to know. He kissed his forehead.

Richard blushed, grinning.

Caleb smiled.

Richard smiled back. "Do you want to get down now?"

‘Sure.’

Richard slowly went down from the branch.

Caleb turned over slightly and jumped down onto the branch Richard had been on, then sat down and slipped down onto the lowest branch, then just jumped down the last 6 feet.

Richard followed him, trying not to slip and fall before she jumped.
