His mother gave him a stern look before standing. “You have two days. And you have to give me your decision by the end of it.”
-
"Y-Yes, Mother," Clay spoke shakily, nodding a little.
-
“Good,” She said before plastering a smile on her face and kissing the top of his head. “Sleep well, honey~ you still have training in the morning.”
-
"G'night," Clay replied weakly, a small, nervous smile on his face.
-
She made her way out of her room, George staying quiet under the bed until Clay gave him the okay to come out.
-
Clay waited for a few moments before exhaling shakily, flopping back onto his bed. "You can come out now," he spoke, rubbing his hands with his face.
-
(his face with his hands.**
words aren't wording- lol) -
George crawled out from the bed, sitting back next to him. “Are you okay?”
-
"Suuure, totally fine," Clay muttered sarcastically, exhaling shakily.
-
George frowned, running a hand through Clay’s hair. “I’m so sorry your mom isn’t accepting.”
-
Clay exhaled shakily, leaning into George's touch. "It's- it's fine," he murmured, closing his eyes. "Not much I can do about it..."
-
George wrapped his arms around Clay. “It’s okay to be upset, though-“
-
Clay squeezed his eyes shut, burying his face in George's shoulder. He clung to the brunette, his hands shaking as he gripped onto his shirt.
-
“We’re gonna figure it out, okay? It’s all gonna be fine,” George said reassuringly, rubbing Clay’s back.
-
Clay exhaled shakily and nodded, silent tears welling up in his eyes.
