“Me too,” George said with a chuckle. “Is there a friend of yours you haven’t seen in a while?”

"Uh, not really, no- I mean, I don't have many in general, and most of close friends I see pretty often," Clay replied with a chuckle, shrugging a little.

“Oh yeah,” George said softly, tapping the table with the fingertips of his free hand. “You’ve never moved, have you?”

"Nope, kind of lived in the same place my whole life," Clay replied, chuckling softly.

“Dang, you’re lucky-“ George said with a chuckle, crossing his arms.

"Eh, not as lucky as you'd think," Clay said with a shrug, rubbing the back of George's hand with his thumb. "I really want to travel, go places, see sights 'n s---."

“That’s different, though,” George said, running a hand through his hair. “Cause I’ve wanted to do that, too. Moving just sucks because you’re leaving all your friends to a place you don’t even know, y’know?”

"Yeah, I get that- I don't even have to move for that to happen," Clay said, rolling his eyes a little. "My mom's just like, super strict with who I "associate myself with" and who my friends are. I'm just- I'm sick of it," he muttered, looking down.

“Yeah that sucks,” George said softly, squeezing Clay’s hand. “Well- I’m glad I can be one of your secret friends~”

Clay chuckled softly, smiling at George. "I'm glad, too- Although, I hate having to hide it sometimes," he said, sighing softly.

“I know, me too, baby,” George frowned softly, squeezing Clay’s hand. “But it’ll be so worth it in the end~”

"Seriously~" Clay said, chuckling softly.

George smiled softly, his head turning at a light flashing outside. He didn’t see anything, so he simply turned back to smile at Clay. “I love you~” -
"I love you, too~" Clay said with a smile, not noticing the flash of light in the corner.
