Casimir woke up a small while later, relaxing in Georgie’s arms. He rubbed his eyes open and looked up at his lover, smiling. ‘Hey, love.’

Georgie smiled, kissing his forehead. “G’morning, Cassie~”

Casimir blushed. ‘G’morning, Georgie.’

“Did you sleep well?” He asked, running a hand through his boyfriend’s hair.

‘Yeah,’ Casimir mumbled. He slept the best when he was with Georgie. He sat up, rubbing his eyes. ‘Thank you so much.’

“You’re so very welcome, darling~” Georgie replied, smiling happily as he sat up with Casimir.

Casimir rested his head on Georgie’s shoulder, snuggling up to them. ‘I-I should go soon. Before anyone notices…’

“I know,” Georgie murmured, sighing softly.

Casimir kissed the side of their head. ‘Just one more thing.’ He stood up and looked inside the cloak he’d discarded when him and Georgie were snuggling. He reached into one of the pockets and grabbed his journal. ‘Can you look after this for me, please?’

“Really? Your journal?” Georgie asked, gently taking the notebook into his hands. “Why do you need me to take care of it?”

‘Indigo was being a bit difficult yesterday. She found my journal and threatened to destroy it if I stayed in contact with you,’ Casimir mumbled, sitting back down on the bed. ‘I managed to fix most of the pages after I promised never to see you again.’

Georgie gasped, clutching the journal to his chest. “Oh my God- Cassie, I’m so sorry that happened-“ He spoke shakily, exhaling softly.

‘It’s okay,’ Casimir said softly, trying not to show how phased he’d been by it. He kissed Georgie’s forehead. ‘Can you just make sure nobody else finds it, please? You’re welcome to look through it if you want.’

“I won’t let anything happen to it, I promise, darling,” Georgie spoke with a determined smile, kissing Casimir’s nose. “I- I can? Really?”

‘Thank you, my love,’ Casimir said, leaning into their touch. ‘Of course you can.’
